Chocolate and red wine, carbohydrates, fat – nothing is safe from media scare-mongering and continuous crazes: fitness regimens and cookbooks promising to get your health back on track.
All this information can be confusing. So, what should you really be avoiding? Our favourite sweet ingredient, unfortunately, is something we all need to be careful of.
