Erectile dysfunction (sometimes called impotence) is a man’s inability to achieve or maintain an erection that allows sexual activity with penetration. PREMATURE EJACULATION

Some men may have a problem with ejaculating too soon during sexual activity.  Ejaculation here refers to ejaculation of semen just before or soon after penetration. This can be frustrating for both the man and his partner.  Many men are unaware that there is effective treatment for this condition.

TESTOSTERONE DEFICIENCY

If you are feeling tired all the time, have a diminished desire for sex or have erections that are no longer as firm as before, you could be low in testosterone. Low testosterone levels may affect your mood, sleep and strength as well.  Progressive decrease in testosterone levels may come with aging.

PROSTATE ISSUES (TROUBLE WITH THE WATERWORKS)

It is rather bothersome when a man has trouble with his waterworks.  Some men have to strain to get the urine flowing. They may also have a poor stream, prolonged urination, and experience a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying. At times, they may have to wakes up several times at night to pass urine.

SNORING AND SLEEP APNEA

Snoring could be due to a serious medical condition called obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). This leads to fatigue and daytime sleepiness.  It can increase a man’s risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, mood disorders, and type 2 diabetes. It can worsen obesity and increase one risk of serious accidents.

There are many reasons men carry excess weight in relation to their height.  It could be due to a   hormone imbalance or lack of physical activity.  Mostly, it is due to men not knowing how to eat the right way.
