Dr Alison Rothnie - (Maternity Leave from March 2023 until February 2024)
Dr Alison Rothnie completed her undergraduate studies at UWA before spending several years working in hospitals across metropolitan and regional WA, where she gained experience in a diverse range of areas including cardiology, endocrinology, paediatrics and general medicine.Whilst Alison is interested in all aspects of family medicine, her particular interests include child and adolescent medicine, antenatal and prenatal care, mental health and chronic disease management. She has completed extended skills training in paediatrics at the Perth Children's Hospital, and recently completed extra post-graduate paediatric education through the Sydney Child Health Program.Outside of work, Alison is kept busy by her two young children, exploring local parks and beaches.
Qualifications: MBBS (Hons) UWA, SCHP
