Mental Health Care Plans

Mental Health Care Plans allow patients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mental health conditions to access Medicare rebates for up to ten appointments per calendar year with a psychologist.

GP Managed Care Plans for Chronic Disease

If you have a chronic health condition, a problem that has been ongoing for more than six months, speak to your Park Medical Group doctor. If your doctor feels might benefit from another health practitioner that would normally not be covered by Medicare, you may qualify for a Care Plan.

A GP Managed Care Plan allows your doctor to seek complimentary services from a dietician, physiotherapist, podiatrist, chiropractor or osteopath with part of their fee covered by Medicare.
